Privacy policy

• Account data: your email and, if you set one, your name.
• Your date of birth, if you give it, for the birth card.
• Conversations and readings, to give readings and so your reader remembers what you talked about.
• Payment data: purchases and payment history. Card details stay with Dodo Payments; we do not see them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, language, time zone, cookies.

To give readings and secure the Service, process payments, send service emails, prevent abuse and understand what works (analytics). The text of your questions and conversations is never sent to analytics or advertising services.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, payments, email and analytics) and when required by law.

We keep data while your account exists. You can delete your account in your account settings or by writing to support@tarvella.com. We then delete your data, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Your reviews stay published, but without your name: they are signed "Guest".

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data and withdraw your consent. Write to support@tarvella.com from your account email.

We use HTTPS and encrypt your conversations. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
