Refund policy

You can get a refund for monthly or yearly Premium within 7 days of payment if you haven't used paid features beyond the free allowance.

A day pass can't be refunded once it's activated. A pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of it was used.

A big spread bought on its own can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you haven't opened it yet.

• A duplicate charge for the same subscription is refunded automatically.
• One refund per account.
• Accounts blocked for breaking the Terms of service are not refunded.
• After a Premium refund, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to free access.

Write to support@tarvella.com from your account email and include the payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.

This policy does not limit your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
