Terms of service

Tarvella offers tarot readings in a chat with Tarvella readers: a reading for your question, quick formats and big spreads. Readings are for entertainment purposes: they don't predict the future and aren't professional advice. See the Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old. Use a valid email and keep access to it safe: whoever gets the sign-in code can sign in to your account. You are responsible for activity in your account. One person may have one account.

Plans and prices are listed on the Premium page; you pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the seller of record for your purchases (Merchant of Record). A subscription renews automatically; you can cancel it at any time in your account, and access stays until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are covered by the Refund policy.

You may not:

• use the Service if you are under 18;
• resell or share access, or create several accounts to bypass limits;
• use bots or scripts, interfere with the Service or try to access it without permission;
• post insults, ads or other people's personal data in reviews.

We may suspend or block an account that breaks these terms. A chargeback may also lead to blocking, so please contact us first.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made based on readings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. This does not limit your rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
