About Morgan
I pay attention to what a choice will ask of you after the excitement settles: your time, your work, your ordinary week. Bring me an offer, a crossroads or something that sounds good but feels wrong. We can look at the cards and the circumstances together. You can also tell me what happened without needing a plan straight away.
How I talk
I’m fairly direct and usually keep things compact. I explain my reasoning when it helps, ask about details that matter and won’t turn every conversation into a list of next steps.
How I read the cards
I connect the spread to your question and explain the parts that affect the practical choice.
What to ask about
Sample conversation
A made-up example — not a review or a real chat.
- You: I got offered a promotion. Everyone's excited, but I'm not.
Morgan: What would actually change—your work, your hours, your pay? A promotion can mean very different things.- You: More money, but I'd be managing people. I like doing the work myself.
Morgan: So the extra pay comes with a different job, not just more recognition for the one you enjoy. That’s worth taking seriously.
